Personally find the library at Hinds Community College to be an excellent study spot. The quiet atmosphere and availability of resources there really help me focus. Additionally, the outdoor courtyard with benches is refreshing change of scenery for studying. Have you tried these spots, or do you have any other favorite places on campus where you like to study?
