As reflect on my time at Delta, I've noticed how vital it is for every student to feel included and valued. One thing that struck me was the sense of community among students from diverse backgrounds. The cultural exchange events organized by the Diversity and Inclusion Office truly highlighted the richness of perspectives present on campus. Remember attending panel discussion where students shared their experiences as international students at Delta.

It was eye-opening to hear about their challenges and successes in adapting to new environment. Such initiatives not only educate but also foster empathy and understanding among students. In my opinion, to further enhance campus culture, we could introduce more interactive workshops or dialogues focusing on intersectionality within diversity. By exploring how different aspects of identity intersect and influence experiences, we can deepen our appreciation for one another's unique journeys. How do you think we could incorporate intersectionality discussions into our campus activities?

Hey there. Completely agree that simplifying formatting options can help focus on the real conversations. It's about creating space where everyone feels heard and valued, regardless of how they present their words. In my experience, when we strip away the distractions, we tend to listen more attentively to each other's stories and experiences. How do you think we could further streamline communication tools while maintaining welcoming environment for all voices. What do you think about that.
